Effective January 1, 2021
For flat rate costs, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of minimal charges is required upon project acceptance for the project to begin production. For projects determined by hourly rate, a non-refundable deposit of $50 (1st hour charge and minimum cost) is required for the project to begin production. ALL projects are watermarked and protected and will not be released until the remaining balance is paid.
Final payment is due upon project completion. Payments later than 4 weeks will incur a bi-weekly $15 fee.
PAST DUE PAYMENTS
Please note that if you have more than 2 projects past due, new projects will not be accepted.
FAILED AUTO PAYMENTS
2ND failed attempt to collect auto-payments will incur a $15 fee. 3rd attempt will incur a $35 fee and result in all future projects requiring full prepayment.
BUSINESS HOURS / WEEKEND & URGENT REQUESTS
Business production hours are Tuesday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Orders are accepted on Mondays, but will not begin until Tuesday. Weekend orders (Sat-Sun) will incur an after-hours fee of $25. This fee is required up-front with design deposit.
Project cancellations prior to completion of first draft will result in forfeit of deposit.
For graphic designs, project cancellation or [total] re-design in the midst of production after approval of draft design will incur a fee of $25.
For web designs, project cancellation will incur a $100 fee, exclusive of deposit and expenses paid to park domains, e-mails, etc. unless otherwise specified. Such expenses are covered in initial package and deposit. Total website redesigns begin at $200.
Any project that does not progress after a 30-day period is considered “Project Abandonment.” Project abandonment results in a forfeit of all payments made to date.
Following project acceptance and deposit, first draft will be returned to client within the time frame as provided in the specific package that is selected.
PROJECT PRICE QUOTES
Deposits are required to hold all price quotes provided by TJE. Otherwise, all quotes provided are subject to change 24 hours after provision.
There is no ‘hold option’ on specials. If you purchase a Flash Deal, it is to only be used within the sale period, or payment is forfeited. Flash specials are in alignment with the terms of regular projects (exception being that full prepayment is required – no deposits) unless otherwise specified.
Each project has a five-edit-per-project policy; anything else incurs additional cost.
Web Design, Maintenance & Consulting are not taxable items.
Please note that these Terms and Conditions only apply to the Designing Division of
Tabitha J Enterprises. Consulting, speaking, branding and other services require a
separate contact. Additionally, any services provided prior to the effective date will
fall subject to the above policies effective January 1, 2021.
